What Parts of My Body Will be Massaged?

A typical full body session will include work on your back, shoulders, arms, legs, hands, head, neck and feet.

Do I Need to be Undressed for Bodywork?

Generally bodywork is performed directly on the body unclothed. During a session, clients are covered by linens with only the muscle group being treated exposed. Breasts (for women), genitals and the gluteal fissure are always covered by linens.

How Long Will the Session Last?

A full-body massage session is usually one hour.

Sessions can be tailored to individual needs including half-hour and 90 minute sessions.
